Terms of Service

Welcome to Liorena. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Liorena mobile application ("App", "Service", or "Liorena"). By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE APP.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Liorena, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Liorena.

2. Age Requirement

We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of this age requirement will be immediately terminated without notice.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of Liorena, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason.

4. User Content and Conduct

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos and content you create and share through Liorena. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the App for the purpose of providing our services.

4.2 Content Standards

You agree that all content you post will:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Be respectful and appropriate for a diverse audience
• Not infringe on any third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, etc.)
• Not contain malicious code or harmful materials

4.3 Zero-Tolerance Policy

Absolutely Prohibited:

• Nudity or Sexual Content: Any sexually explicit material, nudity, or suggestive content
• Harassment and Bullying: Threatening, intimidating, or harassing other users
• Hate Speech: Content promoting hatred, discrimination, or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
• Violence and Gore: Graphic violence, self-harm, or disturbing content
• Illegal Activities: Content promoting or facilitating illegal activities
• Child Safety: Any content involving minors in inappropriate contexts
• Spam and Scams: Unsolicited advertising, phishing, or fraudulent content
• Impersonation: Pretending to be someone else or misrepresenting your identity
• Copyright Infringement: Posting content you don't have rights to use

Violations of this policy will result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban without warning.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our Rights

The App, including its design, features, filters, graphics, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Liorena and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our App.

5.2 Filters and Effects

The artistic filters (Morandi, Soft, Vintage) and photo processing technology are proprietary to Liorena. You may use these filters to create and share your own content, but you may not extract, replicate, or commercialize the filter technology itself.

6. In-App Purchases and Virtual Currency

6.1 Lumens (Virtual Currency)

Liorena may offer virtual currency called "Lumens" for purchase. Lumens can be used to access premium features within the App. Lumens have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the App.

6.2 Purchases

• All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store
• Purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any in-app purchase offerings

6.3 Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted through the Apple App Store. We do not process refunds directly. Please refer to Apple's refund policy for more information.

7. Privacy and Data

Your use of Liorena is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Camera and Photo Access

Liorena requires access to your device's camera and photo library to provide core photography features. By granting these permissions, you authorize the App to:

• Capture photos using your device camera
• Access photos you select from your library
• Apply filters and effects to your photos
• Save processed photos to your device

You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings, though this may limit app functionality.

9. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

• Review any content posted on the App
• Remove content that violates these Terms
• Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
• Report illegal content to appropriate authorities
• Cooperate with law enforcement investigations

We are not obligated to monitor all content but reserve the right to do so at our discretion.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

10.1 "As Is" Service

Liorena is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liorena shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of content.

10.3 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Your interactions with other users
• The content you post and share
• Backing up your photos and data
• Your device and internet connection

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Liorena and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you post or share

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of Liorena after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Liorena immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Posting prohibited content
• Harassment of other users
• At our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and content.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Liorena shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Liorena regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
